Our farm is excited to offer this partnership opportunity for local vendors and we are committed to your success! Vendors can rest assured knowing registration fees are put to great use by way of event advertising. In 2024, we have allocated $1000 per event for advertising. Our events will be featured in tourism publications, such as "Visit Southern West Virginia" and "Greenbrier Valley Visitors Guide" and television commercials on WVVA and Fox.
Vendor spots are 12 X 12 and are assigned by farm staff upon your arrival. In order to be efficient and ready when the festival opens, vendors will take the next available spot as you arrive, quickly unload your vehicle, and immediately move your vehicle from the vendor area and park it in the designated area behind the farmhouse. After moving your vehicle to the parking area, vendors may then set up your booth. Food & drink vendors will be near the shelter and entertainment stage (hay wagon). We now have 2 "outhouse" style restrooms and 1 handicap port-a-potty located near the picnic shelter.
We have limited electrical outlets available and normally reserve these for food vendors, but we also suggest bringing a generator if possible as our outlets get overloaded sometimes.
Please note that each festival has a certain demographic that normally attends, so vendors should bring appropriate items accordingly. For example, most of our festivals are heavily attended by families with young children, so their shopping habits will be different from those of older people. The sunflower festival is also heavily attended by middle-aged women.
We look forward to a lucrative partnership and working with vendors to create a fantastic destination full of entertainment, great food, and shopping for festival guests.
