We are excited to offer this partnership opportunity to local vendors and are committed to your success! Vendors can rest assured that registration fees are put to great use through event advertising on social media and television.

Vendor spots are 12 X 12 and are assigned by farm staff upon your arrival. Vendors will take the next available spot as you arrive to be efficient and ready when the festival opens. The first 25 vendors to arrive will set up your booth behind your vehicle and will not need to move your vehicle (subject to change). All other vendors will unload and move your vehicle to the vendor parking area by the blue water tower or behind the farmhouse. Food & drink vendors will be near the shelter and entertainment stage (hay wagon). We now have two "outhouse" style restrooms, one handicap port-a-potty, and hand washing stations near the picnic shelter.

We have limited electrical outlets available and usually reserve these for food vendors, but we also suggest bringing a generator if possible as our outlets get overloaded sometimes. 

Please note that each festival has a specific demographic that usually attends, so vendors should bring appropriate items accordingly. For example, families with young children attend most of our festivals, so their shopping habits will differ from those of older people. The sunflower festival is also heavily attended by middle-aged women.
